(More customer reviews)This pan seems well made, but doesn't live up to expectations. A bit of a pain to clean, it produces nicely cooked brownie wedges, but absolutely not with the crisp sides of a brownie corner. But still better than using a traditional pan, with all those inside soft edges. I may try the maze pan next for brownies. My daughter-in-law says her pan makes nice corn bread wedges. That might be a better use.
