(More customer reviews)Am very Happy with this product as it does what it says it will do in the time frame stated. The food on the outside dries faster but that is to be expected. It is easy to operate. We have added two additional trays at this time. I have purchased some frozen vegetables that were on sale and thawed them in warm water, dried them a bit and placed them in the dehydrator and it has done a fantastic job. I am familiar with drying food but have not had a dehydrator before. I have a FoodSaver Mini Plus to vacuum seal the finished product. Love them both and it is a good investment for me.
