(More customer reviews)I was shopping for a rack because the bases on my new Riedel wine glasses were too large for my old rack. I found this product, and despite it being more expensive than some metal racks sold by Amazon, I bought one.
The good news is, this rack will accommodate virtually any stemware with a base. The bad news is, the quality of this product isn't very good. It's basically a bunch of 7" long dowels inserted into a strip of unfinished wood. Even though the holes in the strip are uniformly spaced, the dowels aren't perfectly straight, which gives this rack a non-uniform appearance. At least the dowels seem firmly attached, so I don't worry too much about my glasses falling.
In summary, it does the job ... it will hold 4 Merlot or Cabernet Savignon glasses (but unfortunately only 4, despite its 20"+ length). But it looks like some kid's 8th grade wood shop project.
