(More customer reviews)Appears sturdy enough...in fact, this pan is fairly heavy compared to the other commercial grade jelly roll pans that I have. Problem is that the first time we used it, it warped in the oven (at 450 degrees). Also, the pan is permanently stained from the food we cooked on it. There are better options out there.
