(More customer reviews)I have several American Kitchen products. I love them all! This pan does the job. It does flex a little when heating. It could have a little more thickness. I love the rounded corners! Easy clean up. I coat with olive oil and lightly flour, the food comes out easy. I primarily use it for brownies, rice crispie treats.
I like finding a pan made in the USA, not of aluminium and without non-stick coating.
