(More customer reviews)I had used the 6 large popover, "teflon" coated version and it was useless. Batter stuck unrelentingly and it only made 6. This one releases the popovers easily and there are enough to serve up to 12. I don't know why the recipe makes a double batch - dinner would be over by the time the 2nd batch was done but making 1/2 the batch is easy....and mighty tasty.
