(More customer reviews)I was looking for a good set of frying and saute pans. This set was advertised as rated for commercial use. My old set of T-fal pans were made of a much higher grade of material, much thicker with a nice heavy clad bottom. It was my intention to upgrade to a higher quality product without breaking the bank. These pans remind me of discount department store quality - very thin metal. I doubt highly that I will ever buy a Nordic Ware product again. The enamel outer coating stained the first time I used them and they just won't scrub clean. Also, the large pan does not have a helper handle and there is no cover sold by Nordic Ware to fit. I wanted a large pan with steep side to use as a fryer, that and the claim that they were restaurant rated swayed me to purchase this set. I feel that this purchase was a waste of $90.00
