(More customer reviews)This brand is quality. I ordered three of these 9 inch pans. My oven cooks unevenly and these pans completely counteracted that! After the cakes had cooled, they were easily removed. I did oil and flour pans but, may experiment another time without. Easy to clean, too. My three layer cake came out great and I didn't even have to trim any layers because none of the three cakes domed in the oven. I also own the cast aluminum bundt pan which was also fantastic. I can't wait to use the tart and springfirm pans that I bought, too. I would definitely reccommend this brand!
